1. SECOND CALL VERIFICATION: Call up your Central Station to set up a second number to call before the police. Example: before dispatching police, call the premise and then call a cell phone.

2. VIDEO VERIFICATION: Install a camera system at your location and link it to your alarm system. The video can be streamed directly to your smart phone, tablet, or computer device, so you can verify if the reason for the alarm is a threat.
